Tako je. Na dejtu sem bila. Čisto pravem dejtu z Nino. Začel se je s turističnim obiskom X trgovine in njenim izrazitim lunapark efektom. 'Army šop', je sprožil plaz idej za pustne maske. Drevo, noj, sneg, nevem več. V trgovini s čevlji sva vihali nos, v tisti z igračami in pustnimi dodatki pa vriskali ob nenačrtovanem brainstormingu. Potem pa naš dobri-stari-novi-second hand shop Gvant v BTC-ju, v prostorih prejšnjega. Dress up! Kaj vse se najde! Edini nakupovalki sva se z dovoljenjem dobrovoljne prodajalke po mili volji preoblačili, igrali modno revijo, foto-šutinge, princeske in klovnese...Dokler ni prišel čas da izbereva kaj bova odnesli s seboj in odhitiva v kino. Vsi filmi so že začeli, od tistih na voljo sva izbrali lesser evil med chick-flicki, The Romantics. Ahh Katie, Katie. 6/10 - če ga gledaš z nekom, ki ima smisel za humor. Srednje kokice sva zmazali še pred zapletom. Potem naslednji film (2 za ceno enega, kaj pa), Spet ti. Ojoj. Je bil vsaj smešen. Potem sva se zapeljali domov, se razšli, jaz pa sem jo naslednji dan - poklicala. Rules must be obeyed.

Thanks to my friend Andrea, I spent the whole morning browsing and ahh-ing through Allsaints online shop. 

I found these very 'me' pieces. Now I have to find an appropriate paycheck...

The two dark shadows on the left, black and black with golden glitter are perfect to create smoky eyes, the matte brown and sparkly grey are fantastic for daytime make up, highlighter in cold light grey on the right, not very useful for me, but a nice shade if you're creating shadows in grey.

My absolute favourite! Skin coloured, slightly darker than my own skin, perfect nude for 'bare' look or as a base for natural shades and earthy tones.

These are the stylings I chose and prepared together with Lida S. in Galerija Emporium, for Delo Revije d.d. newspapers Christmas supplement.

The photos were taken by the amazing and patient photographer Mankica Kranjec, who initiated the project and invited us to work with her.

It was all set as an article to help the readers choose their NYE outfits without having to buy glittery christmasy clothes for the bottom drawer and to style a nice fashionable party outfit consisting of wearable trendy pieces. 

The outfits chosen cost about 4-6 times more than the average paycheck, but our point was to show the pieces you can wear together. Up to you whether you'll save or splurge. Also, I will post a nicer file when i get hold of it.

Royal Variety

I received the new The Seal Cub Clubbing Club album Royal Variety yesterday! Hooray! I must say after the first listen it's much different to their first album, Super Science Fiction from 2009... more psychedelic and less intense. So far I like the first two songs the most, but that's probably because I started doing work and didn't pay attention to the rest... anyway, have a listen! The artwork is beautiful and fun as it always is with those boys. You can read the BBC review here.
