The best proven way to procrastinate:
You'll need:
200g of flour (I used a mixture of spelt, buckwheat and tapioca)
100g of coconut flour
a pinch of salt
half a sachet of baking powder
half a sachet of ground natural vanilla pod
6 tablespoons of stevia powder (or sugar)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of flax meal
2 bananas
1/2 cup of coconut oil, (I added a tablespoon of olive oil too)
walnuts (or chocolate chips)
more coconut flour!
A-B-C: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C ( 356 degrees F). Mix together dry ingredients,
add wet ingredients (blend bananas and heat up coconut oil to melt it if needed),
add chocolate chips or nuts (or both), knead well, make little round balls,
flatten them in coconut flour and place on wax paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
